She is lovely and always looked out for my best interest. She let me know before we looked at a house of it was the type of house I was looking for. And understood if I didn’t like something and made sure we did not go to a similar house. Very responsive and worked around my schedule

Natalie Rose wasn't even our agent but treated us as if we were her clients. She was the seller's agent (we chose not to use a buyer's agent, as we knew what property we wanted and didn't see a need for one). She contacted us very quickly when her associate was unable to meet us at the home we were interested in. As we live an hour away, she worked to accommodate our schedules for the initial walkthrough and assist in closing on the property on the date promised. She also attended the home inspection and the closing and followed up on a detail post-closing that was overlooked prior to closing. Natalie was very helpful and a complete joy to work with. We would highly recommend her!

Natalie is a joy to work with. She showed me a number of houses and was always patient, honest, and helpful in sorting out the pros and cons. As I was mostly out of town, the initial showings were on FaceTime and she was able to make those virtual visits extremely useful, adding her commentary and observations about details I might have easily missed. When I offered a bid on a house, she never pushed me to make a higher bid than I felt comfortable with, even though it might have produced a more likely sale for her. Finally, when an offer was accepted, she went the extra mile to get estimates on some work to be done in the house, and even after the closing, she continued to check on the progress of the work when I was away. Natalie is just super in every way — easy to deal with, helpful, and knows her stuff!
